Not This Time, Blog.

You know when you really feel like you should be blogging because it's been a while since your last post and you feel guilty about having a night to yourself and not using it to be productive...?

Or maybe you have two cookbooks worth of recipes that are waiting to be scanned so you can finally give them back to your coworker because he's probably been starving ever since he let you borrow those cookbooks...?

Or maybe there's a load of laundry that has two days worth of clean wrinkles sitting in the dryer, begging to be folded...?

Or maybe you could do a little extra "work-from-home" stuff since it could easily be done and you know exactly where you left off when you bolted from the office just before 5pm...?

You could be doing all those things...

But instead, you're just laying in your own stink and watch tivo'd episodes of Intervention and Cold Case?

Yes. Me too.

Hellooooo, Tuesday Night!

The amount of laundry I have is ungodly. Not to mention homework.

Story. Of my life.

Last night, the hubs and I did our taxes so naturally I went to bed at 8:30.

Sometimes all I wanna do is lay around, eat chips, and watch Mob Wives reruns. So what? :)

These are the moments that make the rest of it do-able.

Savour them!

Enjoy! I'm off to play Rock Band.

I'm a sucker for Storage Wars and Late Late Show w/ Craig Ferguson before I knock out, wake up then waste another day.

Old Simpsons episodes. Like ones I've seen and have memorized.

I'm embarrassed to tell you just how man hours I have in a day to get stuff done but how little actually gets done. :P

I am the laziest SOB on the planet. I can find more excuses to not do something than anyone else I know.

Pair this with my bestie being the type of woman that does enough stuff every day for three women. Yeah, I feel very inadequate. lol

You're fine! And normal. smooches

AKI - I know what you mean. It seems like I blink and the laundry basket has magically refilled itself.

KIM - I'm not exaggerating when I say every day at work I think to myself "I'm going to bed AS SOON AS I GET HOME." And the next thing I know, it's 11pm and I'm still up.

ALEXANDRA - My reality shows of choice are My Fair Wedding with David Tutera, Jersey Shore, A Baby Story, and Intervention.

STEPHANIE - Thank you for reminding me of your lip-shock-microphone incident. That's my top "laughed at" post that you've done.

MRANTHROPE - I've only seen Storage Wars once and it wasn't really my thing. Shortly after watching it, someone mentioned something about knowing one of the guys on the show and that it's all staged acting. That pretty much sealed the deal for me. (I realize that statement could have been said about basically every reality show on TV right now.)

LIBBY - Boyfriend has a friend who's a producer on The Simpsons. One day, we took the day off of work and went to FOX studios for a live table read. Only traffic was really shitty and we missed the whole thing. Luckily, we got to take a tour of the Fox lot and watch Tress Macneil records her lines for an upcoming episode. At least we had that.

WOMBAT - You don't have to tell me. It can be a secret.

DEBS - Ha! Lucky for me, none of my friends are Super Woman. Well, except for a lifelong friend who's an ER nurse, with a fire fighter husband, and a beautiful golden lab that they've raised since puppyhood and they own a beautiful house and had a beautiful wedding, so I guess they kind of ARE like super heros...
