Sausage Pasta.

Do you want a filling and fucking delicious meal tonight that's super easy to make? Do you want there to be enough leftovers to cure your hangover status tomorrow morning?

TRY MY SAUSAGE PASTA!*

Ingredients
-Egg noodles
-Johnsonville Mild Italian Sausage
-Bell Pepper
-Butter
-FRESHLY GRATED Parmesan cheese (Don't even THINK about using that dusty canned shit)
-Salt/ pepper to taste

Directions
Slice bell peppers into thin strips.

Saute sausages until cooked. Add bell peppers to the pan at the end.

(Um. These aren't done yet.)

Boil noodles according to package.

When noodles are done, throw in some butter so that ish doesn't stick together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add sausage and bell pepper to pasta. Top with a SHITLOAD of Parmesan. Eat the shit out of it.

Boner'ppetite!

*Unless you're a vegetarian.

I do this meal as sausage and potatoes. I cube up and crisp homefries with onions and garlic. Sometimes bell peppers are nice. I can definitely see how the noodles are a nice variation, and quicker by a ton!

This does look good. I'm still searching for Italian sausage here in France. It's one of my favorites and I hate that I can't find it :-(

M.HICKS - oOoOoooh, i like where you just went with that. we almost never cook up potatoes, which is weird considering how much of my body is made up of it. i'm going to have to try your recipe next time.

SARA - what?? that seems strange to me. there aren't any italian markets near the big town?

Mmmmm. Love it. We usually have some kind of turkey sausage pasta at least once a week in our house. The spicier the better! Your pasta looks awesome! When can I come over for dinner?

I lol'd at your final little note at the bottom. Some of my friends have become vegetarian's over the past year and yeah....sort of kills the food party!

You always have the meals that are the most perfect for my Mr. A. He would seriously die over this sausage concoction.
