You Like-a-de Parmasaaaaan?

Me too!

I took this picture of tonight's dinner avec mother. There were other items to the meal- Italian sausseeg and broccoli- but this mountain of parmasan is really where the money's at.

One day I'll figure out where my bad eating habits come from... for now, I'll just eat my dinner.

If I wouldn't turn into the size of a house I'd eat pasta (or noodles as we in MN call it) and parm with tons of butter EVERY DAY!

Why is that wrong?? Why oh why!

I'll be eating Mexican tonight and you just may have inspired me to document the evening.

My hubs is exactly the same,,,he requires a MOUTAIN of cheese on his pasta BEFORE the sauce can be added. Sometimes the parm flavour blocks out the sauce flavour! It IS the undisputed King of Cheeses....

I could live off pasta! And I love fresh cheese on it too. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Niko- parmesan really is the blue blood of cheeses. on second though... it may be a draw with brie.

Wombatz- by the time it melted, it ended up blending in with the spaghetti and i couldn't tell one from the other. next time i will need parm on top of parm also.

Mina- i was thinking more along the lines of phil spector, but i like where you went with spivey.
